  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
  3. Brown ground beef with diced onion in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
  4. Mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
