Description

A simple and quick homemade version of the famous Big Mac, wrapped in a tortilla for easy eating.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/4 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Big Mac sauce (or substitute with mayo, ketchup, and relish)
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 tbsp diced onions
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 2 tbsp pickles


Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a pan over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Warm the tortilla in a dry pan or microwave for 10 seconds.
  3. Spread Big Mac sauce evenly on the tortilla.
  4. Layer cooked beef, cheese, lettuce, onions, and pickles.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly.
  6. Cut in half and serve immediately.
