Description
A simple and quick homemade version of the famous Big Mac, wrapped in a tortilla for easy eating.
Ingredients
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1/4 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Big Mac sauce (or substitute with mayo, ketchup, and relish)
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tbsp diced onions
- 2 slices American cheese
- 2 tbsp pickles
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a pan over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Warm the tortilla in a dry pan or microwave for 10 seconds.
- Spread Big Mac sauce evenly on the tortilla.
- Layer cooked beef, cheese, lettuce, onions, and pickles.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Substitute with turkey or plant-based meat for a lighter option.
