Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Whisk eggs and milk together in a bowl.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Scramble the eggs until just set.
  5. Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
  6. Top chips with scrambled eggs, cheese, and bacon.
  7. Bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese melts.
  8. Remove from oven and add tomatoes, green onions.
  9. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
