Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries and pat them dry.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the cranberries to the syrup and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let the cranberries soak for 30 minutes.
- Drain the cranberries and roll them in extra sugar.
- Let them dry on a wire rack for 1 hour before serving.
