Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup crushed cereal (any type)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in crushed cereal.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Drop small spoonfuls of batter onto the pan.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
- Serve warm with syrup or toppings of your choice.
