Description

A quick and easy one-pot meal combining the flavors of cheeseburgers with pasta. Perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in a large skillet.
  2. Add uncooked pasta, broth, milk, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
  4. Stir in cheese until melted.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
