Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in a large skillet.
- Add uncooked pasta, broth, milk, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Stir in cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.

- Use lean ground beef to reduce fat.
- Add diced tomatoes if you prefer a juicier dish.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
