Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix coconut milk, mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to make the bang bang sauce.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden and fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes per side.
  5. Pour the bang bang sauce over the chicken and stir to coat evenly.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired and serve hot.
