Description

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 wheel brie cheese (8 oz)
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 egg, beaten


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Place brie wheel in the center of pastry.
  4. Sprinkle cranberries and pecans over brie.
  5. Fold pastry over brie and seal edges.
  6. Brush pastry with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
