Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1/2 cup cookie dough
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into triangles.
- Place a small amount of cookie dough at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the pastry tightly from the wide end to the tip to form a croissant shape.
- Brush the croissants with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
