Description
A quick and easy casserole made with Doritos, ground beef, and cheese. Perfect for a family dinner or potluck.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (10 oz) Doritos, crushed
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and black beans. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread half of the crushed Doritos in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer the beef mixture over the Doritos, then spread sour cream on top.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the sour cream.
- Add the remaining crushed Doritos and top with the rest of the cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Use any flavor of Doritos for variety.
- Substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
