A simple and delicious one-pot meal combining tender beef, caramelized onions, and rice in a creamy sauce topped with melted cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook onions in butter until caramelized.
- Brown ground beef in the same pan.
- Mix rice, soup, broth, and seasonings in a bowl.
- Combine beef and onions with rice mixture.
- Transfer to baking dish and top with cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.
