Description

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed

Instructions
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
- Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Gradually add water until dough forms.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes.
- Cook apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice until soft.
- Roll dough and cut into circles.
- Spoon filling onto half of each circle.
- Fold dough over and seal edges.
- Fry pies in hot oil until golden.
- Drain on paper towels.
