Description

A simple and flavorful Korean-inspired dish featuring ground beef cooked in a savory-sweet bulgogi sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
  3. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Pour sauce over cooked beef and stir well.
  5. Cook for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
