A simple and flavorful Korean-inspired dish featuring ground beef cooked in a savory-sweet bulgogi sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Pour sauce over cooked beef and stir well.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
