Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chipotle in adobo sauce (minced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix honey, chipotle, olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the honey chipotle glaze evenly over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately.
