Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, then add pepperoni, bell peppers, and black olives.
- Add Italian seasoning on top.
- Roll the dough tightly, starting from one long side.
- Pinch the edges to seal and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush with egg wash and cut a few slits on top for steam to escape.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
