Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread mixture into a baking dish.
- Combine panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the dip.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
