A quick and delicious pasta dish combining the flavors of cheeseburgers with creamy Alfredo sauce.
Ingredients
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and cook until softened.
- Stir in pickles, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour heavy cream into the skillet and simmer.
- Mix cooked pasta into the sauce.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let it melt.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
