Ingredients
- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Scoop batter into a piping bag.
- Pipe small circles into the hot oil.
- Fry for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Cool slightly before serving.
