Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
  2. Divide ground beef into 8 equal portions and flatten into thin patties.
  3. Season patties with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Cook patties for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and crispy.
  5. Warm tortillas in the skillet for 30 seconds per side.
  6. Place a cooked patty on each tortilla.
  7. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, onions, and cheese.
  8. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to make a sauce and drizzle over the tacos.
  9. Serve immediately.
