Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen pumpkin puree
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp chopped pecans
Instructions
- Blend pumpkin, banana, almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Top with granola, chia seeds, and chopped pecans.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh or canned pumpkin puree.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less maple syrup.
