Ingredients

- 1 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
- Add cold butter and cut into the flour until crumbly.
- Gradually add cold water and mix until dough forms.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface.
- Fold dough into thirds, then roll out again. Repeat 3 times.
- Cut into desired shapes and brush with egg wash.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden.
