Easy sheet-pan pancakes for a quick and delicious breakfast.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a sheet pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
- Pour batter onto the sheet pan. Spread evenly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Cut into squares and serve warm.
Notes
- Add chocolate chips or blueberries for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
