Ingredients
- 4 lamb chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix butter, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the garlic butter mixture evenly over both sides of the lamb chops.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the lamb chops for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
