Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat grill or broiler to medium-high heat.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes first).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the shrimp skewers.
- Grill or broil for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
