Ingredients
- 1 pound steak (your choice of cut)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces linguine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Gouda cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper. In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Sear the steak to your desired doneness. Remove and let it rest.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in all four cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Toss the cooked linguine in the cheese sauce until well coated.
- Slice the rested steak and serve it over the cheesy linguine. Garnish with fresh parsley.
