Description
A creamy, flavorful pasta dish with tender chicken, garlic, and parmesan cheese.
Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink (5-6 minutes).
- Add butter and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta, parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to control spiciness.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
