Description

A creamy, flavorful pasta dish with tender chicken, garlic, and parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink (5-6 minutes).
  3. Add butter and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add cooked pasta, parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

  • Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor.
