Description

A simple and flavorful garlic steak pasta recipe that combines tender steak with perfectly cooked pasta and a rich garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sliced steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
  6. Return steak to the skillet and mix well.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  8. Serve immediately.
