Ingredients
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the parchment paper.
- Sprinkle granola and mixed berries on top.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours or until firm.
- Break into pieces and serve.
