Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup grated cucumber (for tzatziki)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (for tzatziki)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (for tzatziki)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for tzatziki)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (for tzatziki)
  • 1/4 tsp salt (for tzatziki)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, feta, and parsley.
  3. Shape into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. For tzatziki, combine grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and salt in a bowl.
  6. Serve meatballs with tzatziki sauce.
