A simple and quick dish combining ground beef and broccoli for a balanced meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 1 minute.
- Mix in broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
