Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Pinch of black pepper


Instructions

  1. Slice dates lengthwise and remove pits.
  2. In a bowl, mix feta, basil, mint, lemon zest, olive oil, and black pepper.
  3. Stuff each date with the feta mixture.
