Description

A healthy twist on classic banana bread, packed with protein for a nutritious snack or breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1.5 cups oat flour
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, eggs, honey, and vanilla.
  3. Stir in Greek yogurt until smooth.
  4. Add oat flour, protein powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
  6. Let cool before slicing.

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
  • For extra texture, add chopped nuts or dark chocolate chips.
