Ingredients

- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Cornmeal for dusting
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm milk and melted butter, stir until dough forms.
- Knead dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Let dough rise in a greased bowl for 1 hour.
- Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness and cut into rounds.
- Dust with cornmeal and let rise for 20 minutes.
- Cook on a griddle over medium heat for 5 minutes per side.
- Cool before splitting and toasting.
