Description
Homemade garlic knots are soft, fluffy bread rolls brushed with garlic butter and herbs.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil, knead into a dough.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Divide dough into small pieces, shape into knots.
- Bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
- Brush garlic butter over warm knots.
