Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, knead into a dough.
  3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Divide dough into small pieces, shape into knots.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
  7. Brush garlic butter over warm knots.
