Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • 2 tbsp water (if using cornstarch)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Pour sauce over the beef and broccoli, stirring to coat evenly.
