Description

A delicious and easy-to-make honey garlic soy glazed salmon that’s perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. The sweet and savory glaze pairs perfectly with the tender salmon.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, olive oil, ginger, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush half of the glaze over the salmon.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove from oven and brush with remaining glaze. Serve immediately.

  • For extra caramelization, broil for the last 1-2 minutes.
