Description
A delicious and easy-to-make honey garlic soy glazed salmon that’s perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. The sweet and savory glaze pairs perfectly with the tender salmon.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, olive oil, ginger, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush half of the glaze over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven and brush with remaining glaze. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra caramelization, broil for the last 1-2 minutes.
- Adjust honey quantity for preferred sweetness.
- Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
