Description

Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- While roasting, cook bacon in a pan until crispy.
- Mix honey and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl.
- Remove sprouts from oven, drizzle with honey glaze, and add bacon.
- Return to oven for 5 more minutes.
- Serve warm.
