Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. While roasting, cook bacon in a pan until crispy.
  5. Mix honey and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl.
  6. Remove sprouts from oven, drizzle with honey glaze, and add bacon.
  7. Return to oven for 5 more minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
