Description
A refreshing horchata-inspired smoothie with a creamy texture and sweet cinnamon flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened rice milk
- 1/2 cup cooked white rice
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender
- Blend on high speed until smooth
- Pour into glasses
- Serve immediately
Notes
- Adjust sweetness with more or less honey
- For thicker texture, reduce rice milk by 1/4 cup
