Description
A simple and healthy appetizer featuring mini bell peppers stuffed with creamy hummus.
Ingredients
- 12 mini bell peppers
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Fill each pepper half with 1-2 tsp of hummus.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle paprika and salt.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until peppers soften.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use store-bought or homemade hummus.
- Add chili flakes for extra spice.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
