Description

A simple and healthy appetizer featuring mini bell peppers stuffed with creamy hummus.


Ingredients

  • 12 mini bell peppers
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  3. Fill each pepper half with 1-2 tsp of hummus.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle paprika and salt.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until peppers soften.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
