Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
- 7 oz marshmallow creme
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
- Combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted.
- Add marshmallow creme and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Fold in nuts if using.
- Pour into prepared pan and let cool completely before cutting.
