Description
A flavorful chicken spaghetti casserole with a spicy Southern twist.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz spaghetti, cooked
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix chicken, spaghetti, soup, tomatoes, sour cream, and spices in a bowl.
- Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cayenne for more or less heat.
- Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 3 days.
