Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 250g ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix beef, pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and milk.
- Shape the mixture into 2-inch meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook meatballs until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
- Simmer in your favorite marinara sauce for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve hot with pasta or crusty bread.
