Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the steak bites with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Check for doneness (adjust time for preferred doneness).
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

- Cut steak into even-sized pieces for uniform cooking.
