Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix almond flour and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese for 1 minute, stir, then microwave another 30 seconds.
  4. Combine melted cheese with dry ingredients and egg, kneading until smooth.
  5. Divide dough into 12 pieces and shape into small bagel bites.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
