Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix almond flour and baking powder in a bowl.
- Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese for 1 minute, stir, then microwave another 30 seconds.
- Combine melted cheese with dry ingredients and egg, kneading until smooth.
- Divide dough into 12 pieces and shape into small bagel bites.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
