Description
Korean BBQ meatballs are a flavorful twist on traditional meatballs, combining savory and sweet flavors with a hint of spice.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, black pepper, and green onions.
- Shape into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Brush meatballs with Korean BBQ sauce and bake for 5 more minutes.
- Serve warm.
