A rich and creamy pasta dish combining the flavors of a loaded bacon cheeseburger with Alfredo sauce.
Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook until translucent.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add Alfredo sauce and mix well.
- Combine cooked pasta with the beef mixture.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Garnish with diced tomatoes and serve hot.
Notes
- Use freshly grated cheese for better melting.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Add a splash of milk if the sauce is too thick.
