Description
A crispy and cheesy twist on nachos using tater tots as the base. Topped with melted cheese, jalapeños, and a dollop of sour cream for a perfect game-day snack or casual dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, sliced
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese evenly over the tater tots.
- Return to oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
- Top with sour cream, jalapeños, tomatoes, and green onions.
- Serve immediately.
