Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped herbs
- 1 package puff pastry
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix cheese and herbs in a bowl.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Fill each square with cheese mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- Can refrigerate unbaked appetizers for up to 24 hours.
