Description
A fresh and vibrant salsa combining sweet mango and creamy avocado with a hint of spice.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Dice the mango and avocado into small cubes.
- Finely chop the red onion and jalapeño.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Squeeze lime juice over the mixture.
- Add salt and black pepper.
- Gently toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.

- Use ripe but firm mango and avocado for best texture.
