A refreshing and creamy popsicle made with mango and yogurt, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients
- 2 cups ripe mango, diced
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom (optional)
Instructions
- Blend mango, yogurt, honey, milk, and cardamom until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Run warm water over the molds to easily remove the popsicles.
Notes
- Use ripe mangoes for the best sweetness.
- Adjust honey or sugar to taste.
- For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt and almond milk.
